The country's GDP in the first half of 2007 is more than 35 percent over the figure from the first half of 2006. Armenia, second in the rankings, has a growth figure of less than half of Azerbaijan's. Armenia also has the lowest inflation rate, according to the news agency Regnum, while Georgia ranks fifth in this category.
