Tbilisi Vice-Mayor Mamuka Akhvlediani said the investor will pay a standard price of GEL 500 per square meter. This territory, where Georgian Property plans to build the Intercontinental hotel, previously housed the Ministry of Agriculture. The investor company paid USD 6 million for the ministry's building.
