Ankara-Moscow cooperation in solving Karabakh conflict

In his interview to Reuters, Turkish President Abdullah Gul mentioned that certain progress in regulating the Karabakh conflict is the result of new relations between Ankara and Moscow. The Turkish President thinks that his country’s relations with Russia will eventually contribute to the resolution of the issue. The President thinks that there is quiet but very substantial diplomacy.
