Rezonansi writes that in the region of Akhalgori on February 15 there will begin an Ossetian passportisation process, which will be voluntarily. As local residents of Akhalgori report, the dilemma people face is that they should have either Georgian or Ossetian citizenship cancelled.

Analyst in Caucasus issues Mamuka Areshidze says that the printing of such passports has not yet been decided. ”The issue stands as such: why should Tskhinvali citizens get Ossetian passports when they already have Russian ones?,” Areshdize says.
