Azerbaijan's foreign trade turnover in the first 2 months of 2011 was more than USD 2 bln. The country is recovering quickly from the setback it suffered during the global economic crisis. A positive trend had been evident in the second half of 2010.. The same tendency continues this year as well. More than 86% of Azeri exports come from crude oil, 5% of oil products. There is a slight increase of the export of agrarian products and today Azerbaijan exports 25 types of agricultural products into 85 countries. A substantial proportion of its agricultural exports come from cotton.
