According to information from the Turkish Ministry of Natural Resources, the country has achieved a decrease of the price of Russian natural gas, though the exact price has not been given. It should be mentioned that the two countries reached agreement on the contract of Russian gas delivery to Turkey for 2025. These are of course long term general agreements. It appears as though in return for Turkey authorizing construction of the South Stream pipeline in its territory Gazprom reduced its prices for the country.
