Pre-election promises by the Georgian Dream coalition

During the pre-election campaign, the Georgian Dream coalition issued several promises. Rezonansi newspaper roughly calculated the different promises and the money needed to cover the promises. For the entire coverage of the insurance costs of the population, 850 million GEL is needed. The increase of pensions up to 200 GEL will require more than 2 billion GEL annually. So all together, the different types of expenditures come to around 3.5 billion GEL. Analysts are concerned that such a strategy could create inflation in the country. So among other issues this is one more headache for the new leadership.
