Pension increase to be decided soon

Amiran Gamkrelidze is the Labor, Health and Social Welfare minister, after the approval of this position he will replace Zurab Chiaberahsvili. He was once a health minister in Shevardnadze's government, when the basic pension was 14 Gel. Now the population waits from him to increase the pension to 220 GEL and improve social allowances and health insurance.

Free Georgia asks to change format of participation in ISAF mission
