Armenian parliament speaker Hovik Abrahamyan said it is necessary to stop frequent amendments to the tax laws.

Addressing the acting Finance Minister Vache Gabirelyan, the speaker said that businessmen are expressing discontent at frequent changes introduced by the government.

“The common tax law must be published,” he said, addressing Gabrielyan.

During the Monday session, Vache Gabrielyan raised the question of making amendments to the Law on Income Tax. The acting minister said the changes are needed because of certain problems emerging after the law came into effect in January 2013.
