With its young musicians, the band is among those who have attracted the attention of the musical producers at Bravo Records so that The Groove worked on their debut album with Bravo Records Studio.
The seven-member band was created in 2012. Rhythm guitarist Giorgi Vakhtangishvili composes his English language repertoire on his own. Vocalists are Ani Kekua and Giorgi Mepisashvili, the solo guitarist is Irakli Gaprindashvili, on bass is Levan Mikaberidze, keeping the beat on the drums is Giorgi Gvantseladze, and on the keys, Papuna Sharikadze.
The songs differ in genre. The Groove wants their music to take an important place in the heart and mind of their listeners.
The album consists of two disks – one unites 12 musical compositions, while the other is a video clip made on the album’s single Run, Forest, Run directed by Basa Potskhishvili.
The album will be sold at the musical shops all around the country. Preparatory activities for the solo concert are underway at Bravo Records.
