He expressed his gratitude to former Prime Minister of Georgia Mamuka Bakhtadze, who resigned on September 2, emphasizing that Bakhtadze has always been a big supporter of Tbilisi Municipality. The mayor of Tbilisi has also made some announcements. Together with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), Tbilisi City Hall will announce a tender for the purchase of a 12-meter, 110-unit bus on CNG. According to Kaladze, in this case, the main task of the city hall is to clean up the city from so-called Yellow that causes serious problems regarding air pollution and are one of the major sources of discomfort for the population. In addition to buses, the mayor of Tbilisi also focused on zoning hourly parking. According to him, the project will soon cover the whole city, especially the central streets and districts. At the same time, following the decision of the government of Tbilisi, 59 families will receive living spaces for 1 GEL.

Mayor Kaladze also noted that Tbilisi has become a member of the World Cities Tourism Association:
