An informal poll conducted by the newspaper Kviris Palitra suggests that most Georgians think that the return of the breakaway regions of Abkhazia and South Ossetia is the nation’s most pressing problem.
The newspaper put the question, “What is currently the most pressing problem Georgia faces?” to 1502 people, who were asked to rank a list of eight options in order of importance. It did not specify where and when the survey took place.
