Export of agricultural products increases

In the first quarter of 2008 total agricultural exports increased by 47 percent compared with the same period last year, according to official figures.
Export of fruit has increased six times, vegetables threefold, and wine exports are up 52 percent.
Over the first few months of this year Russia has partially lifted its embargo on Georgian goods imposed in 2006.
