Poll: Saakashvili most influential person in Georgia

President Mikheil Saakashvili is the most influential person in Georgia, according to an informal poll conducted by the newspaper Kviris Palitra.

A total of 524 people were interviewed. They were asked to rank a list of eight choices in descending order of influence in Georgian society.

A second question was put to 447 respondents: Is freedom of speech in Georgia under threat?
