Azeri investments in 2009

According to Minister of Economic Development of Azerbaijan Shakhin Mustafaev’s estimate, in 2009 Azerbaijan will receive more than USD 10 billion in investments. Of this, USD 8 billion will be internal investment.

It is suggested that next year the Azeri inflation rate will be between 12-14%. In the long run Azeri economists foresee that the inflation rate will fall.
