Bank Republic Societe General Group promotes Maia Baratashvili solo concert

As part of its corporate social responsibility Bank Republic supports cultural, sporting and charitable activities. Bank Republic CEO Gilbert Hie has stated that well-known jazz singer Maia Baratashvili is one of its cultural support priorities.

The bank sponsored Maia’s solo concert in London. It is now supporting the talented singer’s solo concert at Tbilisi State Conservatory, where she will sing pieces by Thelonius Monk, Bill Evans, Herbie Hancock and other jazz greats accompanied by Georgian musicians Gia Rakviashvili, Giorgi Samsonadze, Gia Salagishvili, Tamaz Kurashvili, Guliko Chanturia, with French Ambassador to Georgia HE Eric Fournier playing the saxophone.

All this was revealed to journalists at a press conference on the eve of the concert at Sheraton Metechi Palace Hotel.
