Moscow to facilitate business development in North Caucasus

The Russian Federation's Economic Development Ministry has stated that of the rouble 15.4 billion designed for developing small and medium-sized business in Russia 1.125 billion will be spent in the North Caucasus. Russian officials think that the share of small and medium-sized economy in North Caucasus is very high, so this segment should be supported.
