Kyrgyzstan transitional president

The head of the interim government of Kyrgyzstan, Roza Otunbaeva has been appointed as President of Kyrgyzstan for the transitional period. She will be head of the state until December 7, 2011. According to the conditions of decree she should not be a member of any political party and should not support any political organization.
