New fuss over Turkish-Armenian border opening

Thursday, July 8The Kars and Igdir local administrations in Turkey are preparing documents identifying how much time it will take to carry out preparatory work for opening the Turkish-Armenian border. The Kars Governor has stated that the Turkish side will need about a month to open the border if required. Turkey is preparing to reinstitute both automobile and railway connections if it approves the reopening.
