Turkey to provide Nakhchevan with natural gas

The Nakhchevan Autonomous Region of Azerbaijan, which is divided from Azerbaijan by Armenia, will soon receive Azeri natural gas via Turkey, the Turkish newspaper Sabah has reported. Turkey is ready to construct a pipeline from its territory to Nakhchevan and not charge for gas transit. It has previously been reported that Turkey is ready to construct a railway to its own territory from Nakhchevan as well.
