Armenia’s trade turnover increases

In January –June 2010 Armenia’s trade turnover exceeded USD 2 billion and was almost 30% higher than in the same period of last year. GDP in first half of 2010 was USD 3.7 billion, 6% higher than in the same period of last year.

Industry, particularly construction, has grown but agricultural trade has fallen 13%.
