Militants killed in Dagestan

On September 12, 11 militants were killed in Dagestan. Since the beginning of 2010, during different special operations carried out in Dagestan, 123 militants (boeviks) have been killed. During these confrontations there have also been a further 121 killings, including 81 employees of the interior ministry, 10 employees of the FSB, 12 military servicemen, 1 law enforcer and 17 civilians. This tragic statistic proves that Russia pays dearly for its policy of establishing law and order in the northern Caucasus deploying forceful methods.
