BP to start the second stage of Shahdeniz

During the meeting of Azeri president Ilham Aliev and BP vice president Andy Inglis, the starting of exploration in the second stage of the Shahdeniz natural gas field was discussed. Future prospects of the cooperation were also discussed. The achievements of BP as well as the Azeri state oil company SOCAR in the field of extorting and transporting azeri oil and gas abroad were also highlighted.
