Turkey to modernize Azeri armed forces

Turkey is capable of producing certain types of armament and plans to enlarge its cooperation with Azeri military enterprises. Negotiations are underway, to modernize production of military equipment produced in Azerbaijan, including arms, communications system and vehicles. Discussions are also ongoing about the joint production of drawn planes. Turkey claims that the Turkish produced drawn plane Anka is as efficient as the well known Israeli Herron planes.
