BTC vitally important object

The Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan oil pipeline has joined the list of objects vitally important for the USA national security. The list contains many pipelines, communications cables and different types of plants. This information became available in the WikiLeaks’ documents. BTC is the only object in Georgia on the list. In Azerbaijan, other than BTC, the Sangachal terminal is also included. In Turkey – the Bosphorus, and in Iran- Ormus.
