Dagestan autonomous republic in the Russian federation is a particularly hot place for political unrest. There are nationalistic forces who conduct permanent attacks against their police and armed forces. As a head of the Dagestan republic Magomedsalam Magomedov stated during a meeting with PM Vladimir Putin, that for the last four months more than 130 militants from the opposing forces were killed, while there are certain activities being carried out for the reconciliation of some members from the opposition.
