Baku-Tbilisi-Kars railway issue

As the Minister for Regional Development and Infrastructure, Ramaz Nikolaishvili stated, in 2011, Georgia will spend USD 300 million for the purpose of the construction and rehabilitation of the Georgian segment of Baku-Tbilisi-Kars railway line. According to the Minister, there are more than 3000 people, mainly locals, working on the project and as Nikolaishvili stated, it is a realistic and very important project for Georgia.
