In his interview to NTV channel, Foreign Minister of Turkey Ahmed Davudoghlu stated that Turkey pursued a policy of zero problems with its neighbors however this did not prevail with Armenia, Syria and Iraq due to the polices of those countries.
According to the Minister, Armenia had a non constructive position regarding different issues. Syria currently started using extensive force against its peaceful population and in Iraq there has been unrest at the Turkish-Iraqi border because of attacks from the Kurdish terrorists there. Turkey was forced to conduct a military operation against Kurdish terrorists. All these issues resulted in the frustration of their project of zero problems with their neighbors. Of course the country will continue taking measures to protect its security.
