The representative of the Russian president in the North Caucasus region, Alexander Khlopinin, promised to create more than 400,000 jobs in the region by 2025. This will be implemented according to the Russian Federation's social economic development program. According to Khlopinin, the situation currently is very dramatic, there are more than 300,000 unemployed in the region particularly in Dagestan, Chechnya and Ingushetia. Though there is a tendency to create more jobs, still the situation remains difficult.
