Moldova Holds GUAM Session

Moldova Foreign Minister Yuri Linke held a meeting of GUAM countries foreign ministers in Warsaw on September 30. The organization which consists of Georgia, Ukraine, Azerbaijan and Moldova is chaired currently by Moldova. The agenda of the meeting included the further enlargement of activities of the organization directed towards European Integration within the framework of the Eastern Partnership program. It also included economic cooperation programs between the countries and their democratic development. The participants agreed on the further intensification of cooperation in different fields of the economy. They also agreed that there is bigger potential for further cooperation between countries and the priorities of the countries is to deepen links with the EU.
