Budget Increases to be made in 2012

The draft budget submitted to the parliament for 2012 envisages increases of budgetary revenues by GEL 323 mln reaching the figure of GEL 7.623 bln. The opposition MP Gia Tsagareishvili thinks that the increased budget is targeted at the elections to be held in 2012 and it will be used for this reason by the state officials. Meanwhile it should be mentioned that the submitted draft budget is very well planned and there are priorities pointed to. These are infrastructure, healthcare, education and the agrarian sector.
