Taxation in Azerbaijan

The Ministry of Taxation of Azerbaijan thinks the existing taxation tariffs in the country are optimal. According to the state budget for 2012 the tax revenues in the country will come to almost USD 6 bln. Half of it will be collected from the non-oil sector. The ministry is quite satisfied with this figure and considers it acceptable for the current economic situation in the country.
