It has never been to cook Gozinaki as now

Rezonansi writes that Georgian New year symbol Gozinaki will cost much more than in previous years for its components - honey 1kg costs GEL 16 and nuts GEL 20. Reportedly price increases will continue in the new year.

As New Year feast without Gozinaki is umimaginable. The demand for Gozinaki ingredients increased however, the price also increased which makes it difficult among consumers to buy it.

The starting price of honey is 13 GEL but its price increases according to its quality. The minimum price of honey is GEL 16. As for nuts its maximum price in the market is GEL 25 for 1 kg.



GEL 3 mln for bus station timetables

Tbilisi City Hall has accomplished the first stage of setting up timetables at Tbilisi bus stations and the next stage will begin in 2012. Reportedly one timetable costs GEL 3,000 and overall the project will cost GEL 2 mln 700 thousand, Rezonansi writes.

The amount of money spent on this project is still unknown to the opposition in Tbilisi City Council. Opposition representatives say that despite their efforts to get the correct information over this issue their request has not been satisfied yet.

Tbilisi City Hall began setting up the timetables in the summer this year. They are quite comfortable as they show the exact time when this or that bus will come to a particular stop.
