Asatiani doesn’t budge on exchange offer
In her interview with Kviris Palitra, Maka Asatiani one of the owners of Maestro TV, claimed that she has been offered a deal where in return for her halting all financing of the Maestro TV channel, she will receive a settled agreement in ongoing problems with the Mercedes Company. She has thus far, flatly rejected this offer and states that she will continue funding Maestro TV and disregard the Mercedes assets. Asatainis lawyer, Dimitri Gabunia, also confirmed that his client was directly offered the same exchange.
The TV founder believes that the Justice Minister, Zurab Adeishvili, is struggling against her to make her exchange Mercedes for peace and therefore to break off the relationship with the TV Company Maestro.
