Analysts say that the property taken over by banks is dramatically increasing. According to the data overall, banks have become the owners of property worth around 125 million GEL. Physical and legal entities put their properties into the banks, but for various reasons they fail to payback the money. Therefore they lose it. Sometime ago, President Saakashvili spoke about the high interest rates at the banks for the loans. He promised to solve the problem, but almost 2 months have passed and nothing has changed thus far.
