Targeting to decrease utility tariffs
Wednesday, September 19
Many political parties speculate about a decrease in utility tariffs for water, electricity, garbage and gas during the pre-election period. However, such promises are not given by the ruling national movement. Analysts meanwhile think that such a decrease is possible. The opposition parties use this very intensively. The Christian Democrats use this topic as a main issue in its pre-election campaign. So do Labour. The Georgian Dream also gives similar promises. The ruling party suggests that such a decrease is unrealistic. So this issue is very important for the population and the results of elections eventually will clarify further developments.
