Azerbaijan needs to weak Iran and Russia to defeat Armenia

An analyst from Baku, Aydin Melik-Myrzoev, thinks that it is in Azerbaijan’s best interest that Armenia and Russia become weaker; this he thinks will give Azerbaijan an opportunity to defeat Armenia in its confrontation over the Karabakh. Melik-Myrzoev suggests a long term strategy designed at weakening Iran and Russia; only in this case can Azerbaijan achieve its aim and gain victory. It is a long-term strategy consisting of several possible complicated developments.
