TANAP bridges between east and west

Turkey considers that the Trans Anatolian gas pipeline, TANAP, could be the first step in facilitating the next stage of transportation of Caspian gas into Europe before the Nabucco project is implamented. However it looks like the TANAP project is more enthusiastically supported by different states, as well as financial organizations and companies. Although the Nabucco project has already been initiated, some specific aspects are not yet been finalized, such as when, how and by whom it will be implemented.
