Azeri Ambassador to the US Elin Suleymanov in his interview with the American journal Diplomatic Connections said the S. Caucasus countries should move forward with the integration process and develop their relations accordingly. However, he said Armenia plays a destructive role in this regard and does not want to regulate the Karabakh conflict issue. Thus it hinders the integration processes among the South Caucasus countries in developing the region. As a good example of integration with its neighbors, Suleymanov cited his country and its cooperation with Turkey and Georgia.
