Railway to be completed in 2013

The reconstruction of the Baku-Tbilisi-Kars railway has been temporally suspended due to severe weather conditions in the region at the moment. Presumably the work will resume as soon as the weather permits, sometime in March or April most likely. However, the officials in charge of the project make assurances that the railway will be completed in 2013 and most probably will start functioning in 2014.
