Baku to construct the highest building in the world

Baku decided to build the highest building in the world in the Azeri capital, at a height of 1,050 meters. Construction will start in 2017. The project will cost approximately $100 billion USD. This residential building will be located on the Caspian Sea on an artificial archipelago. It will take up 3 000 hectares, 8 kilometers long and 3 kilometers wide and offer 4, 000 apartments.
