SOCAR opens another gas station in Georgia

SOCAR (State Oil Company of Azerbaijan) has opened a new gas station in Tbilisi, the company announced on Wednesday.

There are currently 105 SOCAR gas stations in Georgia.

As SOCAR announced earlier, SOCAR plans to open 30 more gas stations in Georgia in the next two years. 15 stations will be opened in Georgia within the next year.

In December 2012, SOCAR commissioned the first multi-functional gas station in Georgia.

The State Oil Company of Azerbaijan, the sole producer of oil products in Azerbaijan (with two refineries), owns petrol stations in Azerbaijan, Georgia, Ukraine, Romania and Switzerland. (Trend)
