The Center for Economic Policy Research calculated how much a Georgian citizen spends for certain government services in the country. On average a working citizen pays 14 lari for covering the costs of the President’s administration, while an unemployed citizen pays two lari. The President's regional representatives cost 10 lari for an employed person, and one lari for an unemployed citizen. Maintaining Parliament costs 95 lari for an employed citizen and 13 lari for an unemployed citizen. Georgian Public Broadcaster costs 50 lari for an employed person and seven lari for an unemployed citizen. Of course these are not precise figures, but they give material for further consideration.
