Starting July 18, the 7th Annual Black Sea Jazz Festival kicks-off in Batumi and will be presented by TBC Bank’s Personal Banking Service– TBC Status.

On July 18, Georgian jazz fans will get a chance to meet the legend of jazz and holder of 8 Grammy’s– the universal jazz performer Al Jarreau. Until now, he remains the only musician who has received a Grammy in three different categories: Jazz, pop and R&B.
On July 19, one of the world’s leading guitarists, Mike Stern and one of the most influential bass guitarists, Victor Wooten, will continue the Black Sea jazz festival. Mike Stern was nominated three times for a Grammy as the best bass guitarist.
On July 20, Carmen Souza, a 27 year-old Portuguese vocalist, and a unique performer of Latin jazz and fusion, will also perform on the stage.
On the July 21, jazz fans will enjoy an unforgettable evening with Jose James. He was rated as the best performer of new urban Jazz, hip-hop and vocal jazz and is famous for his performances, and incredible ability to synthesize music and poetry.
The concerts will be held on the Batumi tennis courts (starting at 20:00). All four concerts will be followed by BIG JOHN & the Vienna Soul Society at the Take Five Club.
