According to the Georgian National Statistics Office, from January to June 2013 Georgia’s foreign exports reached $4.713 billion, which is slightly more than the same period last year. It appears that very slowly Georgia’s exports are increasing. However, as the re-export of automobiles is classified as an export the statistics are misleading-Georgian industry is far from flourishing.
