The Georgian economy is currently facing problems. In May there was zero growth in the economy; in June the GDP growth fell -0.8%. The opposition, of course has blamed the Georgian Dream coalition of mismanaging the economy. Some analysts think the current government should not be blamed because they inherited the previous government's mess. These same experts say that the previous government created a false image of Georgia as a prosperous country with a healthy economy whereas things were actually far from prosperous.
