Armenian population decreases

In the first half of 2013 the permanent population residing in Armenia decreased by around 15, 000. The Armenian border was crossed by 404, 000 outgoing people and 298, 000 incoming people. The official statistical data shows that there is a negative balance between the incoming and outgoing population of Armenia. Altogether, the permanents resident in Armenia come to slightly over 3 million people.
