By Messenger Staff
Friday, August 23
Citrus harvesting time is approaching and the Adjaran region government is taking appropriate steps to ensure a maximum harvest. The Adjaran government has created a program that will help citrus producers sort and wrap their citrus harvest. Special enterprises have been set up in 12 villages in the Kobuleti and Khelvachauri districts. Investors who are interested in building such enterprises will have the land sold to them at a discount price. The owner of the enterprise will be obliged to maintain the citrus enterprise for 20 years and ensure that 90% of employees are locals.
