Director: Working conditions for Batumi port workers to be improved

Batumi sea port and container terminal management has agreed on cooperation and outlined future plans to increase cargo turnover. The port's Director, Talgat Baitaziyev, promised the port workers he would improve their working conditions, increase wages and offer rewards for good work, a regional TV channel TV-25 reported on Wednesday. Previously, workers at Batumi sea port often held strikes demanding the improvement of working conditions and increase of wages. (Trend)
