The problems with bad loans

According to data from the National Bank of Georgia (NBG), the amount of bad loans in Georgia is around 265 million lari. Some of these loans are backed up by collateral. However, there are many loans without collateral. The most problematic are loans with collateral because the banks are forced to sell the loanees' property and thus leave people homeless.
